Planning permission has been received for new nine-unit housing development at Derry Road, Omagh.

The site is occupied by existing dwellings which are in a poor state of repair.

The scheme will revitalise these buildings, create new accommodation and tidy up a site that had become an eyesore. Work is due to start immediately.
