Northern Ireland Water has today announced the commencement of work on Phase 1 of the new solar farm beside its Dunore Treatment Plant near Antrim. It is always pleasing when plans begin to become a reality, but it is especially satisfying that the green energy from the solar farm will be directly coupled to a major element of our public infrastructure.

We are extremely proud to have originated the site and to have taken the proposal from the design stage all the way through to planning approval. This is a truly fantastic project and we look forward to seeing it completed early in 2018.
