Over the last few months we have been focusing on finalising work on several housing schemes, including undertaking structured community consultation to gather information to help shape the proposals. The applications have just been lodged, which is a significant step forward. Each application includes a wide range of information prepared by expert consultants; for example, ecology surveys, archaeological investigation and traffic analysis. We want to thank the public for engaging in the processes and everyone in our team for their dedicated work at the pre-application stage. We are looking forward to dealing with the local planning officers and hopefully working toward decisions by the end of 2018.
