On 22 May 2014 we secured planning permission for the first phase of the rejuvenation of the old Patton’s HQ at Raceview Mill. The new landowner family have an amazing vision for the site, building on the historic character and creating a space for arts, culture and economic development. It’s fantastic to see the exciting new developments and events happening at Raceview Mill, Broughshane. This weekend sees the inaugural Raceview Mill Festival, a celebration of local artisans: quality crafted food, drinks, arts and music. Its sure to be a great event. See you there!
