Great news! Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council has approved our planning application for a major new solar farm on the western edge of Lisburn. This 60 acre site will allow a development of approximately 14 Megawatts, which is significant in regional terms and the largest consented scheme in Northern Ireland.

The Council has processed the application very efficiently and we thank the planning officers and the Council for their efforts. The applicant will now progress with the Grid application stages and, hopefully, we will see the scheme developed within the next few years.
